Ans: Yes, customers can purchase Dadiouse boxes and drum from our “products
page” on our website

Ans: After the goods are shipped, it usually takes 2 weeks to get to Ghana and
an extra 1-2 weeks to clear from port.
Please note, there are very rare cases of customs delay which may be out of our
control. In the case of this happening, we will communicate with affected customers.

Ans: There are less chances of damages if customers follow our guidance on packing, type of packaging to use and disclosure of fragile items. In the rare case of this happening, we would discuss possible solutions with the customer (including potential replacements or money off on your next shipment) subject to meeting certain conditions.

Ans: This differs based on the delivery location in Ghana and the availability of the recipient. As always, we try to deliver as soon as possible to avoid any inconveniences.

Note: Delivery is only made upon full payment of any monies owned.

Ans:We urge all our customers to disclose the contents of their packages during the pick-up, this allows us to adequately charge for the services provided. In the rare case of package being lost, Dadiouse can only compensate for items that were disclosed during the pick-up.
